Ice Cream for Breakfast Anyone?
Super Easy Vegan Ice Cream
While we are enjoying the last warm days of the season, why not make some ice cream? This super-simple (and healthy!) ice cream is so good for you, you can even have it for breakfast.
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
½ cup frozen blueberries
1tbs almond butter
Almond milk
Method:
Use a food processor or hand blender to blend together the bananas, blueberries and almond butter until it is smooth. This should take a few minutes.
If needed, add 1 tbs of almond milk at a time until you get the consistency of ice-cream.
Serve topped with toasted nuts, coconut, berries or chia.
