Lose Your Holiday Weight in a Healthy Way
Shed Those Post-Holiday Pounds – This is How you Safely Lose Weight
December is not the ideal time to lose weight. It’s the season of excess – excessive spending, decorating, partying, and definitely excessive eating! Who can resist all the delicious food on offer over the festive season? But once the decorations are taken down, the gift wrap is in the bin and the plates are cleared, we’re left with loosening our belts and wishing we weren’t that heavy. You know it’s going to happen, so you may as well have a plan to get rid of the excess weight as soon as the silly season ends. Do it the healthy way by following a few simple guidelines:
Cut out the booze
If you’ve enjoyed a few too many this December, make it your resolution to cut out alcohol for a while (straight after your New Year’s Eve celebrations of course!). Alcohol is a toxin and deters weight loss in many ways. It is also full of calories! Using Lymph-Logic will help you lose weight while also helping you to reduce toxins.
Eat clean and fresh
By adding lots of colourful veggies and fruits and cutting out processed food, you will not only start losing weight – but you will also enjoy the added benefits of improved health. Try adding a few cups of Green Tea to your daily diet, too!
Keep a food diary
By becoming more aware of what you’re eating, it will become easier to practice portion control and also to keep track of how often you eat. Most people are amazed at how much food (and snacks!) they ingest every day without even thinking about it.
Drink more water
Thirst is often confused with hunger. When you think you are hungry, try having a glass of water before getting something to eat. Put a few drops of Garcinia Cambogia in to boost your weight loss naturally.
Move more
Even if you know you will not stick to going to the gym, make it your goal to simply move more. Park a little further away from the entrance to the mall, take the stairs instead of the elevator. Take your dog for a walk every day! It is possible for every single person on earth to move more.
Bonus tip: Until the holiday season is completely over, have some Matè Tea to help curb your appetite!
