Started using Phyto force Wild Yam about a year ago at the height of Perimenopause – it gave immediate relieve of dizziness and hotflashes and the best of all the anxiety associated with menopause disappeared ….I am not paid to write this – but have decided that every new phyto force product I use- I will give credit where credit is due.Some won’t work but if you follow the blood type diet’s suggestions on what herbs works for your blood type – you won’t spend one cent in vain.
